He has also contributed significantly as the Product Development and Credit Specialist for the World Council of WOCCU/FSD SACCO Cap Project.

Joseph's extensive experience encompasses high-level positions as Head of Research and Products Development at both Equity Bank and Family Bank. His expertise extends into the domain of Sharia-compliant financial product development, where he has collaborated with numerous institutions, including Takaful and Stima Saccos.
